The Packaging module handles all types of container filling - from 50ml sample vials to 20L bulk cubes for venue sales.

Container Types Supported

Small Format

• 50ml sample vials: Perfect for tastings and sales samples
• 100ml miniatures: Gift sets and promotional items
• 200ml hip flasks: Specialty products

Standard Bottles

• 375ml: Half bottles
• 500ml: European standard
• 700ml: UK standard gin bottles
• 750ml: US standard

Large Format

• 1L bottles: Premium presentations
• 1.5L magnums: Special occasions
• 3L: Large format bottles

Bulk Containers

• 5L bag-in-box: Small bulk sales
• 10L containers: Restaurant/bar supply
• 20L cubes: Venue bulk sales
• Custom sizes: Any container size needed

Setting Up Containers

In Inventory

1. Add container as Bottle or Packaging item type
2. Specify container size in ml
3. Track units available
4. Include supplier information

During Packaging

1. Select from available container inventory
2. System tracks container depletion automatically
3. Alerts when container stock is low

Packaging Process

1. Select source batch: Choose the distilling batch to package
2. Choose container: From inventory or specify custom
3. Enter volumes: Total volume packaged and number of units
4. Quality control: Mark labels applied and QC passed
5. Create stock entry: Automatically create finished product stock
